How do I place an order?
In the product tab click on the BUY button. Choose whether to proceed to payment or continue browsing the site. For availability checks or special information write us at

Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel the contents of your shopping cart at any time. If you have already made payment and need to change or cancel your order, please write at indicating the order number in the subject line.

How do I know if my order has been received?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order summary. By accessing your personal area, you will be able to follow the status of processing.

What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay by Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, PostePay, PayPal and bank transfer. Payments are handled by Nexi, which guarantees online transactions according to the most advanced security standards.

How much does shipping cost?
International shipping is made by express courier and costs are displayed during the purchase process. For special orders or for a review of costs and other shipping methods, please write to us at

What is the delivery time?
For shipments outside Italy, you will receive your products within 2 to 4 days from the time the courier picks them up, according to your final location, with no possibility of choosing preferential time slots. We therefore advise you to provide an address where someone is always present for pickup.

Do I have to register with the site to place an order?
You can also place an order as a guest user, but registration offers many advantages: it will allow you to view all placed and pending orders, store and manage multiple addresses for both shipping and billing, and take advantage of special promotions. You will also be able to access with the same credentials the other online services offered on the Foundation's sites, such as purchasing Museum tickets or requesting consultation of Library volumes.

What should I do if I do not receive my order?
Write to us at indicating your order number.

What should I do if I want to return a product?
Write us at indicating in the subject line "Return" and the order number, indicate in the email which product you intend to return and for what reason. You have up to 14 days from the date of receipt to make the return. You are responsible for the shipping costs. As soon as we have verified the integrity of the return, we will arrange the refund according to the same payment method used to make the purchase, no later than 30 days after receipt of the return.

What should I do if I have received a damaged product?
Write us now at attaching a photo of the damaged product and we will give you all the necessary directions.

What should I do if I have received a product that I did not order?
Write to us within 5 days of receipt at and we will give you all the necessary directions for return and replacement.
