PRICES
Prices shows on the website include VAT and are expressed in euros. For paper books, shipping costs will be addes to the prize.
WHY REGISTER
To purchase products on the website you must register, giving an e-mail address and a password that you can save for future access to the site and for all contacts with us.
You will also be asked for the master data for the sale confirmation document and the telephone references that will be used by the couriers who will deliver the order.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
The site accepts the payments listed on the shopping cart page.
In the case of credit card payments, the transaction takes place directly between your PC and the bank and our site does not have access to your credit card information.
Your credit card will be charged at the time of your order.
If you choose to pay by wire transfer, your order will be confirmed and shipped when we receive payment.
In the event that an order contains titles that have since turned out to be unavailable you will be notified by email of the change in the order and the amount of those items will be automatically credited back to you using the same method of payment indicated when you registered your order.
SHIPMENTS
Your order will be shipped within 24/72 hours of receipt of payment, Monday through Friday. Orders we receive on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We will give you confirmation of shipment and delivery time. In case you do not receive your package within the specified time, please contact us reporting the problem.
PLEASE NOTE: For deliveries, it is not possible for us to indicate or guarantee exact times. We therefore recommend that you send your package to an address that is always manned during business hours.
GUARANTEES AND WITHDRAWAL
Purchases made on the site are governed by Italian mail order law. If you have made a mistake in your order or are not satisfied with the purchase you have made, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, which is the possibility to return the product and be reimbursed for the expense.
The right of withdrawal is not allowed for the purchase of digital content immediately downloadable from the Site, such as e-books.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, write to jlshop@fondazioneluigirovati.org, indicating in the subject line "RETURN" and your order number, and specify which book you intend to return.

As required by law, shipping is your responsibility and the book must be in perfect condition.
For shipping we recommend that you use a secure shipping system and under no circumstances cash on delivery.
Once we receive the package and verify the integrity of the returned product we will re-credit you.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you should receive damaged goods or a book that you did not order, please notify us by e-mail within 5 working days of delivery by writing to jlshop@fondazioneluigirovati.org and indicating in the subject line the order reference and the problem (damaged item or wrong item).
